Miles Honored as EGRMC Employee of the Month

Congratulations goes out to Sheila Miles, Authorizations Representative in Business Office at East Georgia Regional Medical Center, for being named Employee of the Month!

Here is an excerpt from her nomination:
“My nominee brings strong assets to her role and we are incredibly fortunate to have her on our team. She brings a positive energy and a personal touch. Sheila is our Customer Service Representative who we have received numerous letters and phone calls from patients and customers commenting on her caring and pleasant attitude as well as her willingness to go above and beyond to help resolve any issue they have. She is dependable, efficient, and uses AIDET (Acknowledge, Identify, Duration, Explanation, and Thank You) on a daily basis. She always has a smile on her face and a loving personality. She is dedicated to our hospital as well as to our patients.”

Sheila received an Employee of the Month plaque, movie tickets, balloons, and cookies for her team to enjoy.
