Physical Therapy
The goal of the physical therapy team is to improve a patient’s quality of life through evaluation and proper diagnosis, which allows the therapist to provide individualized treatments and education to reduce pain and improve mobility and overall function after illness, injury or surgery.

Physical therapy is often used in conjunction with occupational and speech therapy to identify and treat limitations and/or delays in gross motor skills along with fine motor skills and/or oral motor movements. A therapist will work with you to determine the most appropriate rehabilitation plan. A physician’s referral is required for rehabilitative treatment.
